I must admit that I am not a big fan of trials, but realize that they are necessary to confirm a horse's suitability for the rider/buyer, and to determine appropriate soundess, health and temperament . References will need to be provided from a vet, farrier, trainer or barn manager. The buyer is fully responsible for the horse while in his/her care. This includes injury, lost shoes, damage to person or property etc. A 10% deposit is required to hold a horse. This deposit is non-refundable, however, should the horse in question not be suitable, this deposit is transferable to another prospect. Should a horse be purchased, that for some unfortunate reason, does not fit into the new owner's regime, that horse can be alternated with a more suiatble prospect, with in an acceptable time frame.
We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our prospects to accomodate addtional mileage, training and expenses. |
