| On June 28th and 29th, we all headed over to the show at the NYS Fairgrounds fo the Weather or Not sat show and the sunday Coliseum Classic. We had a great time and accomplished a lot! Kerston was Reserve Champion on Roxy out of a competitive group of lovely horses. Heather was also Reserve Champion riding Dakota in the Beginner division. It was the 4th show ever for both of them! Caitlin had beautiful rounds on Dakota and placed well in each of her courses. For Bumble, this outing was his first show ever! He was an exceptional guy! Relaxed, rhythmic, scopey and a perfect gentleman. Gavin too, competed at his first show ever. Between him and Bumble, it was a hard to make a call on who was the better behaved horse. Both were angels. I'd like to personally thank Nancy Sweich, a longtime friend and mentor, for dedicating her free time to school both myself and the girls. We wouldnt have been able to ride away with the ribbons we did without her. Ardesia, my favorite grey gelding, marched around and pinned successfully. It was his second show, and you'de have never known it. Contrats to the girls for doing a great job! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
